star of the week and winter show

Drew has had a busy week at school. He was Star of the Week this week. He loved walking into school and seeing his pictures on the wall.

Then he had his winter performance on Tuesday. He kept telling us all about it and how he was going to sing Jingle Bells. We got excited because we thought maybe he would sing infront of the crowd. Nope---he stood still the whole time. He looked like he was about to cry!

As you can see by this picture...he was relieved when it was over!!

I ran out to find him new boots once all of the snow came. Once he is outside it is so hard to get him back in! I dropped him off at Baba and Papa's and he shoveled their driveway for over an hour. Daddy was so happy to hear that he likes to shovel the driveway!!
