We spent our Thanksgiving this year in Des Moines with Ma and Pa. It was an adventure getting there on Wednesday. It rained the whole trip until we hit Iowa City. Then it was like a mini blizzard. The fastest we went was 40 MPH all the way to Des Moines. What a long trip! Drew couldn't wait to enjoy the snow when we got there. We had to finally drag him back in the house around 8pm so he could settle down for a late dinner and bed.
Drew kept Ma busy. They made playdoh together one morning. Drew had to bring it home. He loves it. I got a video of them playing with it but it is taking FOREVER to download. If I have enough patience later today I will try again. Hope you all had a relaxing holiday!
